Instant yeast is the only type of yeast that should be used in the baking process in an automatic bread maker so that the dough rises well.

Ingredients: dried yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.May contain: ΓΕΣΕΑΜΤ ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΙΞΗ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ, ΕΗΗΤ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ, ΤΟΪΒΕΑΞΤ, ΝΙΜΛ, ΞΦΥΤ, ΤΕΤΑΝΕ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry, cool place. Product packed in protective atmosphere; Directions for use: Mix the yeast thoroughly with flour. Leaven preparation is not necessary except for cakes with a large amount of nuts and dried fruit. Add the other ingredients according to the chosen recipe and knead the dough properly. Leave it in a warm place to rise. Bake according to the recipe; Net weight: 8g.
