Dr. Oetker's cream-fix powder has been an indispensable helper when baking cakes with cream-based mixes for many years. If you use it to whip cream, it will not change its natural consistency. When using Smietan-fix, natural whipped cream retains its decorative shapes for a long time and does not change its consistency.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: glucose, modified starch.May contain: ΗΜΦΥΕΞ, ΝΙΜΛ. Store in a dry, cool place. Use: 1. Beat the cooled cream briefly with a mixer. 2. Mix the contents of the bag with caster sugar and/or any sugar by Dr. Oetker (quantity as desired), then pour into the cream and whisk to the desired consistency.
