Spicy gingerbread powder with honey.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, sugar, ΠΟΨΔΕΣΕΔ ΤΛΙΝΝΕΔ ΝΙΜΛ, ΣΪΕ ΖΜΟΦΣ, roasted chicory, baking powder (raising agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates), spices 1,3% (cinnamon, cloves, coriander, pepper, ginger), thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; honey powder 0,1%.May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ, ΞΦΥΤ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ, ΤΕΤΑΝΕ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry, cool place. Ingredients: For the dough: 3 eggs, 175 ml of milk, 250 g of margarine (or butter). For decoration we suggest: Delecta dark chocolate flavour topping. Method of preparation: Dissolve and cool the margarine. In a tall bowl, mix the water and margarine, add the eggs, pour in the contents of the packet and mix for about 4 minutes. Transfer the finished mixture to a baking paper-lined tin measuring approximately 25 x 35 cm. Place in a slightly heated oven and bake at 170-180°C for about 40-45 minutes (check with a stick if the dough is baked); Net weight: 680g. Best before/Batch number – see the side of the bag.
