DESCRIPTION:

Nitki pasta is made of semolina - high-quality wheat flour and quail eggs (12 eggs per 1 kg of flour). Due to the replacement of chicken eggs with quail eggs, Nitki pasta has many advantages that distinguish it from other pastas.
