DESCRIPTION:

Homemade sour soup concentrate is a product intended for the preparation of an excellent traditional Polish soup, made exclusively from natural ingredients without the addition of enhancers or preservatives. Intensely sour, naturally fermented. Ideal for quick sour soup, just add the concentrate to boiling water or broth and boil to enjoy delicious sour soup in just a few minutes. It can be prepared as a Lenten version or with additions such as sausage, egg, bacon or cream.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: water, vegetable purées in variable proportions (10%) (onion purée, potato purée), ΠΟΨΔΕΣΕΔ ΤΛΙΝΝΕΔ ΝΙΜΛ, ΞΑΥΦΣΑΜ ΣΪΕ ΤΟΦΣΔΟΦΗΘ (2,8%), salt, pork fat, ΖΜΟΦΣΤ: ΣΙΓΕ ΑΞΔ ΨΘΕΑΥ, ΜΑΓΥΟΤΕ, ΝΙΜΛ ΠΣΟΥΕΙΞ, mushroom extract, seasonings and seasoning extracts (including garlic), acidity regulators – lactic acid and citric acid, marjoram (0,12%), ΖΜΑΧΟΦΣΙΞΗΤ (ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΙΞΗ ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ, ΜΑΓΥΟΤΕ).Store in a dry and shaded place. ; Once opened, store in a cool place. Consume within 48 hours. Shake before opening. Method of preparation: add sour soup concentrate to about 0.9 litres of boiling water or vegetable stock (non-spiced). Stir and boil.
