DESCRIPTION:

A traditional dish of Polish cuisine made from white and sour cabbage with the addition of a large amount of meat and smoked sausage as well as noble forest mushrooms, champignons and dried plums. Our homemade and substantial bigos is free of preservatives, phosphates and mechanically separated meat. The unique one-pot dish tastes best with fresh country bread and a glass of good old Polish liquor.
