Perfect dry Krakow sausage is Product No. 1 among Krakow sausages in Poland. This is the flagship product of the Olewnik brand. Its unique taste is emphasized by the light and lean meat of pork ham - very clearly visible in the cross-section. It is perfectly dry and brittle. It is a product that perfectly fits the tastes of modern, demanding consumers.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: pork ham, salt, spice extracts, garlic, flavouring, antioxidant - sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite. 131g of pork ham was used to produce 100g of the finished product.May contain: ΤΕΞΖ, ΝΙΜΓΘ (ΕΙΞΤΓΘΜΙΕδΜΙΓΘ ΜΑΛΥΟΤΕ), ΤΕΜΜΕΣΙΕ, ΤΟΚΑ, ΗΜΦΥΕΞΘΑΜΥΙΗΕΤ ΗΕΥΣΕΙΔΕ. The formation of a white raid is due to a natural process occurring during the storage of the product and does not adversely affect the safety of the product.
