Couscous porridge made from durum wheat. Due to its delicious taste and quick preparation, the groats are often served on Polish tables. It is a source of phosphorus, folic acid, niacin and iron. It is perfect for dishes with vegetables, salads, but it is also worth combining it with dried fruits and nuts for dessert.
