DESCRIPTION:
Halloumi cheese is made from sheep's milk or a mixture of sheep's, goat's and cow's milk. A very common addition is a mint leaf. Halloumi cheese is highly elastic, despite the fact that it belongs to the semi-hard cheese type. It has a white color. It can be eaten raw, but it is best grilled or fried.
