DESCRIPTION:

Prymat pork gelatine is a food product of the highest quality, characterised by excellent transparency and fast gelling process. It is particularly recommended for the preparation of jellies from various types of meat, vegetables and fish. It is also excellent as a thickener in fruit jellies or cake creams.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: edible pork gelatin.May contain: ΓΕΣΕΑΜΤ ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΙΞΗ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ, ΕΗΗΤ, ΝΙΜΛ (ΙΞΓΜΦΔΙΞΗ ΜΑΓΥΟΤΕ), ΤΟΪ, ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ, ΓΕΜΕΣΪ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ. Store in a dry and shaded place. Gelatine fit for human consumption; Method of preparation: Dissolve 3 teaspoons of gelatine (10g) in 0.5 litres of water or stock, do not boil. The contents of the pack are sufficient to make 1 litre of liquid; Net weight: 20g. Best before/ Batch number: on the packaging.
