DESCRIPTION:

A meringue as light as a feather, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with the consistency of a delicate mousse. A meringue for self-baking that always and everyone succeeds!

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: Sugar, dried egg albumin, corn starch, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavouring.May contain: ΗΜΦΥΕΞ, ΝΙΜΛ, ΤΟΪ, ΞΦΥΤ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ, ΤΕΤΑΝΕ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry, cool place. Method of preparation: PREPARE 125 ml of cold water. 1. Preheat the oven to 140-150°C. 2. Cut the baking paper to the dimensions of the baking tray from the oven equipment. Draw a circle 26 cm in diameter on the paper. 3. Pour the water into a tall bowl, pour in the contents of the packet and mix on the highest speed for 8 minutes until stiff foam forms. 4. Spread the finished mixture evenly over the circle drawn on the paper. 5. Place the meringue in the preheated oven. Bake in an electric oven (no thermaflow) for 60 minutes. Bake in a gas oven for 40 minutes, then turn off the oven and dry with the door closed for a further 40-50 minutes (the meringue should be light cream to light brown. Once baked, your Meringue will be crisp on top and soft in the middle with a marshmallow texture. To decorate: whipped cream (whip 500 ml chilled 30-36% fat cream with 2 packs of Delecta cream mix and 2 teaspoons icing sugar) and fruit: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries as desired; Net weight: 260g.
