DESCRIPTION:

Aromatic and exceptionally tasty cake with a unique composition of spices: cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. The only such carrot cake on the market with the addition of dried carrots. Just add eggs, fat...and you're done. You can also add pineapple, nuts or grated carrots.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: sugar, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, ΨΘΕΑΥΕΞ ΖΜΟΦΣ, dried carrot granulate 3%; spices 2% (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom); baking powder (raising agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates); dried carrot concentrate 1,5%, rice flour, colouring: carotenes; thickener: xanthan gum.May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΝΙΜΛ, ΤΟΪ, ΞΦΥΤ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ, ΤΕΤΑΝΕ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry, cool place. Ingredients: 3 eggs, 100 ml water, 150 ml rapeseed oil. PREPARATION METHOD Line a round cake pan with a diameter of about 24cm with baking paper or grease and dust with flour. Turn on the oven, set to 180*C, no thermo-circuit (mixing time is heating time of the oven). Insert eggs into the deep bowl, add water and oil, pour in the contents of the bag and mix at the highest speed for 4-5 minutes. Put the finished mass in the prepared cake pan. Put in the oven and bake at 180*C for 45-50 min. (check with a stick if the cake is baked). For suggested decoration use cream from cream cheese: mix 1 package of natural cream cheese (approx. 125g) with 4 tablespoons of powder sugar (approx. 50g) and 1 teaspoon of soft butter (approx. 10g).
