DESCRIPTION:

A light, delicate and delicious cold cake with the aromatic flavour of blueberries. It will work well not only with fresh fruit, but also with jelly . An easy to make delicious dessert for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: sugar, starches (potato, wheat), ΨΘΕΪ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ (ΟΖ ΝΙΜΛ), Glucose syrup, fully hardened vegetable oils (coconut and palm), gelatin, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with acetic acid), acidity regulator: citric acid, ΝΙΜΛ ΠΣΟΥΕΙΞΤ 0,5%, blueberry juice concentrate powder, ΖΜΑΧΟΦΣΙΞΗΤ (ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞ ΝΙΜΛ), colouring: carmine, brilliant blue.May contain: ΤΟΪ. Store in a dry, cool place. Prepare the cheesecake: Pour the milk into a tall container and pour in the contents of the packet. Blend the entire mixture at the highest speed for 2-3 minutes. Then add the homogenised cheeses and mix for about 2 minutes more. Transfer the mixture to a 24 cm diameter cake tin, previously lined with biscuits. Place in the fridge for approximately 1 hour. Decorate the cheesecake with fruit and pour over the slightly thickened jelly. Place back in the fridge until the jelly sets fully; Net weight: 193g.
