Ingredients: roasted buckwheat groats.May contain: ΗΜΦΥΕΞ (ΒΑΣΜΕΪ, ΟΑΥΤ, ΨΘΕΑΥ, ΣΪΕ, ΤΠΕΜΥ), ΤΕΤΑΝΕ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry, cool place. Method of preparation: 1. Boil 1 cup of water. Add salt to flavour. Pour in 1/2 cup of groats. 2. Cook the groats, covered, over a low heat for 10-12 minutes until the groats have absorbed the water; Net weight: 400g. Best before: date and batch number on the packaging.
