Aromatic salami with the addition of green pepper. A great option for sandwiches or on a cheese board. 100 g of finished product made from 116 g of pork.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, topping, green pepper, Herbes de Provence, pork gelatine, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acidity regulator: sodium acetate (E262); spices, salt, white pepper, garlic, maltodextrin, glucose, sucrose, dextrose, glucose syrup, flavourings, colouring: carminic acid (E120); beetroot juice concentrate, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); antioxidants: rosemary extracts (E392), ascorbic acid (E300), Sodium ascorbate (E301); starter cultures, acidity regulator: sodium acetate (E 262), preservative: sodium nitrite (E250). Casing contains preservative: potassium sorbate (E202). Store at a temperature between 0°C and 7°C. 100 g of product has been made out of 116 g of pork; Remove the clip and the remaining casing under the loop before consumption; Net weight: kg.
