DESCRIPTION:
Prymat Mexican Seasoning is a composition of the most frequently used vegetables, spices and herbs in Tex-Mex cuisine: garlic, onion, tomatoes, chilli, paprika, oregano and cumin, as well as coriander, nutmeg and cinnamon. Garlic, chilli and paprika will add a spicy and hot flavour to the dish. Cumin and coriander will enrich the dish with distinctive notes, while nutmeg and cinnamon will give the spicy taste and aroma so appreciated in Mexican cuisine.

Ingredients: salt, sweet pepper, sugar, tomato, garlic, onion, chilli (4,3%), oregano, coriander fruit, caraway, nutmeg, cinnamon, flavouring. May contain: ΓΕΣΕΑΜΤ ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΙΞΗ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ, ΕΗΗΤ, ΝΙΜΛ (ΙΞΓΜΦΔΙΞΗ ΜΑΓΥΟΤΕ), ΤΟΪ, ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ ΤΕΕΔΤ, ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ ΑΞΔ ΤΕΤΑΝΕ. Store in a dry and shaded place. Max temp. 30*C, max humidity 75%. 7 digits; 500 g chicken breast, 1 red and green pepper, 2 red onions, 8 dried tomatoes, 1 spoon capers, 200 g grated pizza cheese, 8 tortillas, 100 g sour cream, 4 canola oil, 1 bunch of coriander, 1 spoon Prymat Russian mustard, 3 spoons Prymat Mexican seasoning. Cut the meat into big pieces, marinate in the oil combined with the mustard and the Mexican seasoning. Slice the onion thinly and cut the pepper into strips. Fry the marinated chicken on a pre-heated pan. Use the remaining fat to fry the onion and pepper. Put the meat, fried vegetables, dried tomatoes cut into strips and chopped capers on four tortillas. Sprinkle with the cheese and cover each serving with a tortilla. Fry on a dry pan on both sides until it is golden. Slice the quesadillas. Serve with your favourite dips, sour cream and chopped coriander; Net weight: 20g. Best before: date and batch number on the packaging.
