Polish country coarse-grain barley is valuable not only for its nutritional properties, but also for the possibilities it offers in the kitchen, the groats taste great with vegetables, with meat, and an addition to soup.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: ΓΟΦΞΥΣΪ ΤΥΪΜΕ ΒΑΣΜΕΪ ΗΣΟΑΥΤ (ΥΘΙΓΛ).Store in a dry, cool place. Method of preparation: Select the amount of water in the pot so that the bag is all submerged. Boil the water. Put the bag in boiling water. The water can be slightly salted. Cook under cover for about 15 minutes. Depending on the preferred consistency of groats, the cooking time can be extended or shortened. Remove the bag, rinse in cold water, drain, tear the bag along fine perforation and pour the grits on the plate; Net weight: 4x100g. Best before: date, lot number, country of origin - indicated on bottom of pack.
