DESCRIPTION:

Polish Parboiled Rice is a long-grain white rice subjected to a special steam process called parbolisation. It causes nutrients to penetrate from the grain's casing to its interior. Parboiled rice grains never stick together.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: thermally prepared long-grain rice (parboiled).Store in a dry, cool place. Parboiled rice is low in fat and sugars ; Directions: Pour enough water to cover the packet into a pot. Boil the water. Put the packet into the pot. Add salt. Boil under cover for about 13 minutes. The cooking time may be longer or shorter, depending on your preferred rice texture. Remove the packet, rinse with cold water, drain, tear the packet along the perforation and pour the rise onto a plate; Net weight: 4x100g. Best before: date, lot number, country of origin - indicated on bottom of pack.
