DESCRIPTION:

Polish Pearl Barley Groats, also known as Mazurian groats, are sorted, dehusked, sliced and polished barley grains. It is low in fat and sugars. It is characterised by a high content of dietary fibre. It is a source of zinc and magnesium.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: ΝΑΤΦΣΙΑΞ ΒΑΣΜΕΪ ΗΣΟΑΥΤ (ΠΕΑΣΜ).Store in a dry, cool place. Method of preparation: Select the amount of water in the pot so that the bag is all submerged. Boil the water. Put the bag in boiling water. The water can be slightly salted. Cook under cover for about 15 minutes. Depending on the preferred consistency of groats, the cooking time can be extended or shortened. Remove the bag, rinse in cold water, drain, tear the bag along fine perforation and pour the grits on the plate; Net weight: 4x100g. Best before: date, lot number, country of origin - indicated on bottom of pack.
