Winiary Pomysł Na… Chicken in Italian sauce with mozzarella is a simple way to spice up a traditional chicken dish in a truly Italian style. Thanks to the aromatic mixture of dried vegetables, herbs and spices, the chicken breast will be tasty and juicy.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: dried vegetables 36,8% (red bell pepper*14%, tomato 12,5%, garlic*, onion*), potato starch*, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ*, salt, ΓΘΕΕΤΕ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ (ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ), flavourings, yeast extract, herbs 2,1% (parsley leaf*, thyme*, basil*, rosemary*), palm oil, spices*, ΨΘΕΪ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ (ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ)*, acid (citric acid), curing smoke flavouring.minerals.May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ, ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ, ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry and cool place. Shopping list 400 g chicken breast, 1 mozzarella ball (approx. 100 g), 50 ml 12% cream Preparation: 1. Cut the chicken breast into cutlets and shred to a thickness of about 1 cm 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil well in a frying pan and fry the chops for 1 minute on each side over a medium heat (about 60% power) 3. Mix the contents of the sachet in 300 ml of cold water and 50 ml of 12% cream. Add to the chicken and bring to the boil. Cook over medium heat for 8 min 4. Slice the mozzarella and place one slice on each piece of chicken. Cover and simmer for a further 1 min. Serve with rice or pasta and salad ; Net weight: 35g.
