Polish potato gratin with minced meat is a proposal for an everyday and filling dinner. Thanks to the aromatic mixture of dried vegetables and spices, the dish is perfectly seasoned. A perfect meal will be ready in 60 minutes!

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ*, modified starch*, potato starch*, ΓΣΕΑΝ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ (ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ)*, dried vegetables 10,3% (garlic*, onion *, red bell pepper*), salt, ΖΜΑΧΟΦΣΙΞΗΤ (ΨΙΥΘ ΨΘΕΑΥ), spices (black pepper, nutmeg*, caraway*, turmeric*),sugar*, herbs 1,7% (parsley leaf*, marjoram*), palm oil. *natural ingredients.May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ, ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ, ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ ΤΕΕΔΤ. Store in a dry, cool place. Shopping list - 600 g peeled potatoes, - 250 g minced meat, - 50 g yellow cheese, - 1 large onion, - 150 ml 12 % sour cream Preparation: 1. Peel and slice the onion and fry in the oil together with the minced meat, season the meat lightly with salt and pepper. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices about 3-4 mm thick. 2. Grease an ovenproof dish with fat, place the potatoes and minced meat and onions alternately in the dish, the second layer in the same order. The total thickness of the layers should be approximately 3 cm. 3. Mix the contents of the packet well with 200 ml cold water and 150 ml of 12 % sour cream. Pour over the arranged potatoes and meat in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the top with grated yellow cheese – 50g. Do not cover. 4. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes (200°C without the thermaflow, "from the bottom" baking function); Net weight: 42g. Best before/batch number: on the packaging.
