Ingredients:

• 1 kg Lukullus white steamed sausage
  
• 100 g smoked bacon Polski Dwór
• 1 sweet onion
• 1 bulb of garlic

Marinade:

• 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp Kamis gourmet mustard
  
• 1 tbsp honey Bartnik
  
• 1 tbsp Goong soy sauce
  
• spices: marjoram, pepper Kamis
  

Preparation:

1. Slice the sausage and put it into an ovenproof dish.
2. Prepare a marinade from the sauce ingredients given below.
3. Dice the onions and bacon and add to the sausage. Place a head of garlic on top.
4. Pour the marinade over everything.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
