Ingredients:

• 100 g rice for dessert (e.g. arborio)
• 250 ml milk (any kind: cow's or vegetable)
• 150 ml orange juice
  
• 1 banana
• half an orange
• handful of blueberries
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
  
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to taste)

Preparation:

1. Cook the rice in the milk over a low heat, stirring frequently, until soft and creamy.
2. Towards the end of cooking, add the orange juice and stir to give the rice a fruity flavour and colour.
3. Transfer the rice to bowls and leave to cool slightly.
4. Slice the banana and orange and arrange on top together with the blueberries.
5. Sprinkle with chia seeds and add honey (if you like).
