Ingredients:

• 600 g potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of semolina
  
• 50 ml of milk
  
• salt, pepper, potato seasoning
  
• oil for frying
• sour cream

Preparation:

1. Peel and grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Add a tablespoon of salt, stir and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
2. After this time, the potatoes should release water. Pour it off and place the potatoes in a bowl.
3. Finely dice the onion and add to the potatoes along with the egg, semolina, milk, pepper and potato seasoning.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
5. Turn the pancakes out onto a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
6. Serve with sour cream.
