Express noodles with ham sausages 0
Express noodles with ham sausages

Ingredients:

  • 150 g farfalle pasta
  • 4 Tarczyński ham sausages
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 cup broccoli (may be frozen)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml 18% cream for sauces
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional, to enhance the flavour)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley to sprinkle on top

Preparation:

  1. Cook pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Drain.
  2. Vegetables: Chop onion and garlic. Finely dice the carrots. Divide broccoli into small florets (if frozen, thaw or briefly cook). Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic, fry for a while, then add the carrots and broccoli. Fry until softened.
  3. Slice the sausages, add to the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sauce: pour in the cream, add the mustard (optional), season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Combine everything with the pasta, stir gently in the pan.
  6. Serve: sprinkle with parsley. You can garnish the dish with an extra portion of sauce on top.
