DESCRIPTION:

Creamed horseradish is a milder version of traditional grated horseradish, enriched with the addition of cream, which gives it a creamier texture and a milder taste. It goes perfectly with pâtés, cold cuts, roast meats, eggs and as a sandwich topping. It can also be used as a base for sauces served with meat and fish, giving dishes a mild yet distinctive flavour.
