One of my favourite soups with the addition of homemade white sausage. A classic sour soup in the traditional way.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: water, white home-made pork sausage, moderately shredded, scalded 33% (pork, salt, spices. 100 g of the product prepared with 102 g of meat), whey-based sour rye soup concentrate 15% (ΨΘΕΪ ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ 89%, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, ΟΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, salt, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid), fried smoked pork bacon 6% (100 g of the product prepared with 131 g of pork bacon), ΓΣΕΑΝ (ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ) 4%, fried onion (on pork fat) 2%, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, spices, dried vegetables (carrot, parsnip, onion, leek, ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ ΜΕΑΧΕΤ, parsley), salt, flavour enhancers E621, E635, spirit vinegar, glucose, yeast extract, ΖΜΑΧΟΦΣΙΞΗ (ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ).May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ, ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ ΤΕΕΔΤ.
