Ingredients:

• 250 g of quark
  
• 2 fresh peaches or canned peaches
  
• 2 handfuls of rocket
• 1 handful walnuts
  
• 1 tbsp honey
  
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• pinch of salt and pepper
  

Preparation:

1. Arrange the arugula on a plate as a base.
2. Cut the peaches into thin slices and add to the rocket.
3. Crumble the quark into smaller pieces and sprinkle over the salad.
4. Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan and spread on top.
5. Top with honey, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
