Ingredients:

• 250 g penne pasta
  
• 1 single chicken fillet
• 1 onion
• 100 g canned sliced tomatoes
  
• Handful of green beans
• Handful of cherry tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  
• 2 tbsp oil
  
• 2 cloves of Garlic
• Fresh basil
• Seasonings: salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, smoked paprika
  

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into smaller pieces. Drizzle with a tablespoon of oil and add seasoning. Mix together and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, dice the garlic and onion, halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the green beans into smaller pieces.
4. Heat the second tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic in it for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the chicken and fry until the meat is cooked through. Pour in the canned tomatoes with the tomato paste and bring to the boil. Add salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
6. Add cherry tomatoes and green beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve on plates. Garnish with fresh basil.
