Ingredients:

• 6 chicken legs
• 1 packet Fix Winiary ‘Idea for... Juicy Chicken with Peppers and Herbs’
  
• 800 g new potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 red pepper (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Wash and quarter the potatoes (if they are young, you don't need to peel them).
2. Put them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add chopped garlic and fresh rosemary leaves.
3. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
4. Rub the chicken legs with the contents of Fix Winiary.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
6. Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermo) or 200°C (top and bottom).
7. Place the chicken drumsticks and sliced potatoes in an ovenproof dish.
8. If using peppers, cut them into strips and add to the rest of the ingredients.
9. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
10. Serve chicken with roast potatoes and your favourite salad.
