Ingredients:

Cake:

• 1 packet of Piatnica cottage cheese 200 g
• 1 egg
• 5 tablespoons whole wheat (or spelt) flour
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• pinch of salt
  

Additions:

• 3 tbsp tomato passata
  
• mozzarella cheese in a ball
• rocket
• oregano, basil
  

Preparation:

1. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Knead the dough (it may be slightly sticky).
2. Pour it onto the baking paper, forming a pizza shape.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
4. Take out, spread with tomato passata, add spices and cheese.
5. Return to the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly browned.
6. Serve warm and enjoy a delicious, light pizza!
