INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):

Ingredients: Sugar, gelatine, modified starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), ΓΣΕΑΝ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ, red beet concentrate, raspberry juice concentrate, maltodextrin, flavourings, colouring (carotenes).May contain: ΓΕΣΕΑΜΤ ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΙΞΗ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ. Store in a dry, cool place. Chill the milk thoroughly so that it whips well. 1) Line the bottom of a 24cm springform pan with baking paper and/or ladyfingers. Pour 150ml of warm water into a glass, i.e., 75ml of boiling water (approx. 8 tablespoons) + 75ml of cold water (approx. 8 tablespoons). Add the cream mixture and stir vigorously until thoroughly dissolved. Then, repeat the same procedure with the raspberry mixture. 2) Whip the thoroughly chilled unsweetened condensed milk at high speed for about 1.5 minutes, until a smooth froth forms. Stir the resulting milk froth with a spoon and transfer half of it to a second bowl. 3) Add the cream mixture to the first bowl with the froth and briefly mix at high speed until thoroughly combined (approx. 30 seconds). Proceed the same way with the raspberry mixture and the second portion of marshmallow. 4) Immediately after mixing, alternately spoon 2-3 tablespoons of each marshmallow flavor into the center of the pan, e.g., 2-3 tablespoons of cream, then 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry, etc. Starting from the center, gently shake the pan from side to side every now and then to distribute the batter evenly. Do not stir the marshmallow in the pan with a spoon. 5) Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours. When the cake has set, separate it from the pan with a knife, remove the ring, and enjoy your marshmallow cake.Net weight: 160g. Best before: date and batch number on the packaging.
